“Imagine our confusion today looking out across the country, the very same people who just the other day told us that segregation is immoral are now enforcing segregation,” he said.

“If we still had water fountains, the unvaccinated would have separate ones.” he said.

These are comments from Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who claimed unvaccinated people are victims of segregation and “medical Jim Crow” because of workplace vaccine requirements.

Thankfully, social media critics quickly pushed back on his foolish comparison.

Unlike The Fox & Friends crew and Fox News co-founder, Rupert Murdoch, Carlson has yet to confirm or deny whether he has been fully vaccinated.

Being the face of anti-vaccination misinformation puts him in a tough spot. If he is vaccinated and shares that with his audience, his show could face a drop in views.

Fortunately for Carlson, a possible drop in views would not significantly affect him because he has a lucrative niche within right-wing media to fund his lavish lifestyle, even if that niche includes fueling medical mistrust. Innovation under capitalism am I right?
